First off, thank you for being a Bill's customer. To help you start online ordering with less hassle, here are some helpful hints:
1) Always type 3 or 4 characters into “Item Search” to narrow the results.
2) Your invoices are stored and can be recalled 24/7 so, any past invoice can be
duplicated (copied) to basket for easy edit, add, change or deleting of a item.
You’ll be surprised how this will make ordering faster and easier.
3) If you want an item not listed, just type it in the note box and I'll make sure it is added.
